Every ingredient in the dough is certified gluten free, right down to the Himalayan salt, because the people who order this box deserve me to be careful about it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are the same size as everything else I make, 150 to 160g, and they come out of the oven with their name pressed into the pastry just like the rest.
